We take pride in our fermented methods when making Napolitan style pizzas by allowing the dough to rest of 48 hours allowing the fermented process to take place. It creates a delicious base for our locally sourced toppings. All our pizzas and pies are cooked in a 500-degree wood fired oven which creates a luscious charred crust adding flavor and added dynamic to our dishes.

We spent a substantial amount of time researching all our suppliers ensuring all our produce is of the highest quality. All our meat is high quality Irish charcuterie produce locally sourced. All our Buffalo Mozzarella comes from Kilnamartyra, Co.Cork which is the finest quality buffalo Mozzarella.
We aim to use locally grown produce however we also use ingredients from Italian suppliers which helps us maintain the authentic Italian flavors in all our dishes.
