Csaba Simo is the head chef at Pesto Kitchen who has been working in the hospitality sector for over 20 years. Having trained in Culinary Arts and Hospitality in Budapest, Hungary, he has worked in the most prestigious establishments around the world. These include Hilton in Budapest, The Princess Cruises, as well as the Clyde Court Hotel, and the Taste Food Company in Dublin.
With his Italian roots clearly embedded in his dishes, Csaba took advantage of his experience obtained Pizza Pazza Bodeguita in Budapest in 2006 perfecting the finest Neapolitan pizzas in the city. This instilled the dream of one day running his own business producing the finest food, offering people a little glimpse of the tastiest gems from Naples without having to leave their own home.
It was in Dublin, that Csaba’s dream has come to fruition, launching his business earlier in 2022. With his passion and skillset clearly, a match made in heaven, this opportunity was not be overlooked.
